Ingredients

500 G Beef
60 G Lard
250 G Onions
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Tablespoon Flour
150 Cl Bouillon Cube
Rooms
Pepper
Marjoram
Cumin
Sugar
Sweet Paprika
250 G Potatoes
2 Green Peppers
5 Tomatoes
1 Cup Red Wine

Method

Cut the beef into small pieces regular, well heated lard in a saucepan, add the meat and sauté, stirring occasionally.
Peel the onions and garlic cloves, finely slice them and brown the meat.
Then sprinkle with flour, stir well and cover with the broth of the dice.
Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, cumin, sugar and paprika and let cook for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and cut potatoes, peppers and tomatoes into small pieces.
Add them to the meat and cook for around 25 minutes.
Just before removing from the heat, pour the red wine, stir well and serve all
