Ingredients

1000 G Minced Beef
200 G Cooked Ham
200 G Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Whole Eggs
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Cup Dry White Wine

Method

Wash the parsley, carrot and celery and finely chop the ham, put the mixture into a bowl and add the Parmesan cheese, eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper.
Wrap the mixture into a sheet of aluminum foil placed twice, scroll-shaped bulk sausage, tie with string around it.
Put everything in a cold pan, add the white wine and a pint of water about.
Place the pan on the fire and when the water will go on the boil, cover with a lid.
