600 G Beef (shoulder)
200 G Onions
30 G Butter
1 Tablespoon Sweet Paprika Powder
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
1 Tablespoon Wine Vinegar

1 / 2 Teaspoon Marjoram

Method

Make partially freeze the meat to cut it with most ease and then cut it into slices 1 cm thick.
Divide each slice into strips and then cut them into cubes.
