800 G Lean Beef
40 G Butter
1 Onion
3 Tablespoons Wine Vinegar
20 Cl Cream
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Method

In a saucepan, heat two tablespoons of oil Oval with browning the butter and let the onion finely sliced.
