Method

Chop the beef, then pass it through the meat grinder and collect the mixture into a bowl.
Peel the onion, chop finely and sauté with the crescent moon in a pan with three tablespoons of olive oil over moderate heat for 4-5 minutes.
When the onion will be dried, remove the pan from the heat and transfer the sauce into the bowl with the minced meat.
