30 G Butter
1 Sprig Rosemary
2 Cloves Garlic
15 Cl Dry White Wine

Method

Tie the meat with thin string to keep in shape during cooking, slit in two places with a sharp knife blade stuck in the flesh and the cloves of garlic and sprigs of rosemary, add salt and pepatela.
