4 Loins Of Beef
2 Onions
2 Carrots
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 Cup Dry White Wine
40 G Butter

Method

In a saucepan melt the butter and let brown the loin on both sides, then coat them on a plate and keep warm.
In the same pan, season the onions cut into thin slices and carrot sticks.
Then put the meat back in pan and sprinkle with white wine.
