1000 G Pork Leg
Cl Milk 100
50 G Butter (or Olive Oil Extra-virgin)
White Wine
Rosemary
Sage
Rooms
Pepper

Method

Cover the meat with white wine and let it marinate for 2 days.
Remove it from the marinade, dry and brown in butter, salt and pepper.
Combine sage and rosemary, cover with milk and cook over low heat in a covered container.
When almost cooked remove the lid and to thicken the sauce over high heat.
Cut the meat into slices and serve with the sauce separately filtered.
