1 Tablespoon Chives
3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 Cube
1 Rib Celery
2 Carrots
1 Onion
50 G Butter
40 G Bacon
500 G Mushrooms
1000 G Beef
Amount Per Serving Calories: 503
Method
Cut the bacon into small cubes.Wash the onion, carrots, scraped and then washed.
Cut onions, carrots and celery into small pieces.
In a saucepan melt butter and 30 g of soffriggetevi the vegetables with the bacon.
Add the meat and let it brown evenly on all sides.
Sprinkle with the wine and let evaporate.
Add the nut, tomato paste and two ladles of boiling water.
Put the lid and cook over low heat for fifty minutes.
Clean the mushrooms using a damp cloth and then cut them into slices.
Add them to the meat, season with salt and pepper and cook for another thirty minutes.
In a saucepan melt the remaining butter with the chives.
Remove meat from pan and slice.
Transfer the slices on a serving dish, cover with the mushroom sauce and sprinkle with the herb butter.
Serve immediately.
Suggested wine: Chianti.
