800 G Rump Steak
50 G Butter
250 G Potatoes
2 Cups White Wine
2 Cups Water
3 Onions

Method

Put in a saucepan all ingredients except cold potatoes and cook over medium heat for about 3 hours in covered pot.
30 minutes before the end of cooking time, add the potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces.
Cook meat and potatoes and serve the steak on a serving dish already sliced, garnished with potatoes and sprinkled with the gravy.
