50 G Sugar
Sweetened Whipped Cream 30 Cl
2 Tablespoons Cocoa

Method

Peel the chestnuts and cook for 40 minutes in lightly salted water flavored with a pinch of fennel seeds enclosed in a cheesecloth bag.
Drain and peel the chestnuts.
Collect them in a pan, pour a glass of milk, cook for another quarter of an hour trying to squeeze the most possible with the wooden spoon.
