2 Carrots
Celery
Chopped Parsley
50 Cl Broth
1 Cup Red Wine
Flour
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
20 G Butter

Method

Flour and brown the marrowbones well by both sides in 1 pan with 4 tablespoons of oil and 20 g of butter.
Add the vegetables cleaned, washed and chopped finely and soften them, pouring a few tablespoons of water if necessary.
Sprinkle with wine, let it evaporate, add salt and pepper and, after 3 minutes, pour the boiling broth.
Simmer for 90 minutes up to a covered container.
Finally sprinkle with the parsley, washed and chopped.
