Ingredients

1000 G Veal Breast
50 G Bacon
30 G Butter
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Cup Dry Marsala Wine
1 Slice Garlic
A Few Rosemary Needles
Little Salt
Pepper

Method

Open your breast of veal and engrave most points in the surface.
