40 G Pine Nuts
80 G Breadcrumbs
Meat Broth (or Bouillon Cube)
00 Flour
Olive Oil

Method

Put the breadcrumbs in a pan, add gradually 1 cup hot broth and stir with a wooden spoon, and cook 45 minutes.
In a bowl, pour the ground meat, egg, chopped pine nuts and breadcrumbs.
