400 G Sausage
240 G Ground Beef
200 G Potatoes
1 Egg
100 G Gruyere Cheese
30 G Butter
1 Onion
1 Tablespoon Mustard
20 Cl Cream

Method

Boil the potatoes, peel and mash.
Dice the sausages.
Mix meat, potatoes, sausage, egg and Swiss cheese, cut into julienne strips.
Season with salt and pepper and put the mixture into a buttered mold.
Cover with buttered aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
Sauté the chopped onion in butter, add the cream and mustard and mix.
Pour this sauce over slices of meatloaf.
