100 G Sausage
1 Egg
20 G Breadcrumbs
4 Frankfurters
Milk
Butter
Broth
Rooms
Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Flour
Marsala Wine

Method

In a bowl mix the meat, crumbled sausage, egg, bread soaked in milk and squeezed, salt and pepper.
Combine breadcrumbs if the mixture becomes too soft.
Spread the meat, arrange the sausages and roll the dough to meatloaf.
Flour the meat loaf and brown in butter, sprinkle with the Marsala wine, pour the broth and cook, covered, for about 1 hour.
Serve in slices sprinkled with the gravy.
