500 G Minced Veal Rump100 G Cooked Ham
2 Eggs
50 G Butter
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Tomato Paste
Nutmeg
1 Onion
1 Carrot
Celery
Flour

Method
In a bowl mix the meat with the chopped ham, beaten eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.Make it a ball, flour, give it an elongated shape.
In a saucepan, heated butter and oil, carefully sear the chopped onion, carrot and celery.
Add the meatloaf and let it brown on all sides.
Add the tomato paste diluted with a little 'hot water and stir.
Cover and simmer for about an hour up.
Cut the loaf into slices not too thin and cover with the sauce.
