1 Slice Bread
250 G Minced Beef
250 G Minced Pork
1 Beaten Egg With Salt And Pepper
25 G Breadcrumbs
1 Hard Boiled Egg
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Method

Cook the onion in the butter until it is browned, let cool and place in a large bowl.
Wet bread with water and add it in the bowl.
Add the minced meat and stir the beaten egg tutto.Cospargete a pan of bread crumbs and put the meat mixture, spreading it to form a rectangle.
