480 G Small Fresh Pork Sausages
1 Package Cream
1 Stalk Celery
1 Small Onion
1 Leaf Sage
1 Clove
5 Tablespoons Cognac

Method

It sforacchino dipping the sausages in boiling water for three minutes, then drains.
Meanwhile prepare a bouquet with the celery, sage, bay leaf and onion (which you will be stuck in the clove) and binds with a little colorless.
