Ingredients

4 Slices Veal
100 G Cooked Ham
80 G Parmesan Cheese Flakes
1 Cup Marsala Wine
1 Onion
30 G Butter
Flour

Method

Cut the slices on each rectangle and cover rectangles with ham and Parmesan cheese.
Close rectangles with a stick and coat with flour.
Chop the onion and fry in butter in a pan, add the saltimbocca and brown on all sides.
Add salt and sprinkle with the Marsala.
Let it evaporate over medium heat and serve the saltimbocca.
