Ingredients

8 Slices Pork Loin (sliced €‹â€‹70 G)
1 Tablespoon Sweet Madras Curry
150 G Breadcrumbs
Oil For Frying

Method

Remove any traces of fat around the meat slices and beat well with meat mallet to make them pretty thin, taking care not to break them.
Mix the breadcrumbs with curry and pour into a shallow dish.
Dip the slices of meat prepared in the mixture, pressing with your hands so the breadcrumbs stick well to the meat on both sides.
Fry the scallops in plenty of hot oil, about 5 minutes per side.
Deponetele of paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve immediately and, if you want a great dish, accompanied with basmati rice, for example, boiled or steamed.
