50 G Ham
1 Chicken Liver
2 Salted Anchovies
1 Tablespoon Capers
1 Clove Garlic
Some Sage Leaves
1 / 2 Lemon
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Method

Wash and bone the anchovies.
Chop the anchovies, garlic, capers, chicken liver, ham and a few leaves of sage.
Dilute the mixture with salt and lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of oil.
Pour into a nonstick pan, heat it then add the slices of meat and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
