200 G Mortadella
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Handful Breadcrumbs
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Method

Mix in a bowl the minced sausage, minced meat, the crumb of bread soaked and squeezed in a little milk, eggs, Parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper and work the dough with your hands to mix all ingredients well.
Grease a rectangular mold with oil, put the mixture, level the surface and cover with a sheet of aluminum foil.
