50 G Chopped Bacon
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Cup Red Wine
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
Chilli Chopped Seedless
1 Pinch Oregano

Method

Cut the tripe into strips, rinse and drain.
In a casserole, preferably earthenware turn golden in the bacon and onion, place the tripe, let it dry and then fry, pour the wine and let evaporate.
