600 G Lean Veal Stew
30 G Dried Mushrooms
150 G Pickled Peppers
1 Cup Dry White Wine
1 Clove Garlic
Lemon Zest 1
1 Bay Leaf
A Few Basil Leaves

Method

Let soak the mushrooms in warm water.
In a saucepan heat a few tablespoons of olive oil and brown the meat over high heat.
Add salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with white wine and let it evaporate, again over high heat, then decrease the heat with the lid and cook for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, drain the mushrooms, squeeze and dry well, then add them to the meat continues to cook over moderate heat always.
