1 Rabbit
1 / 2 Cup Cream
30 G Butter
100 G Shelled Walnuts
1 / 2 Bottle Dry White Wine
Garlic
Thyme
Rosemary
3 Grains Juniper
1 Spray Vinegar

Method

Put in a bowl the garlic, thyme and rosemary chopped, add the crushed juniper grains.
Add salt and pepper, pour the wine and a splash of vinegar.
Soak the rabbit cut into pieces and marinate for 12 hours.
Drain, dry and fry in a pan with butter.
Add about half the marinade and cook over high heat for half an hour or until the liquid almost completely evaporated.
