1000 G Pork
50 G Butter
2 Cups Dry White Wine
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin Seeds
2 Tablespoons Chopped Coriander
5 Slices Lemon
Garlic

Method

In a saucepan melt the butter over high heat and sear the meat cut into cubes.
