Ingredients

600 G Pork Loin
100 G Smoked Bacon
20 G Dried Mushrooms
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 / 2 Cup Dry White Wine
1 Carrot
1 Onion
1 Rib Celery
Parsley
Garlic
Broth
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper

Method

Heat gently in a pan and add two tablespoons of olive oil, diced bacon.
