800 G Breast Of Veal (800 G Pieces)
1 Small Glass Cognac
1 Ladle Broth
1 Clove Garlic
1 Pot Yoghurt

Method

Finely chop the rosemary, sage and garlic.
Heat the cognac with the mince, add the meat and season it well.
Add the broth and continue cooking over low heat with the lid for about 1 hour and a half.
20 minutes before the end add salt and pepper and add the yogurt.
Finally, cut the meat into slices and serve it with its sauce.
