Ingredients

800 G Beef Topside
40 G Butter
Olive Oil
1 Cup Dry White Wine
1 Carrot
1 Rib Celery
100 G Tuna In Oil
2 Salted Anchovies
1 Lemon
Gherkin

Method

In a heated pan and brown the butter and oil topside.
Add salt and pepper and pour the wine after 5 minutes.
