400 G Fat Rabbit
100 G Low-fat Yogurt
1 / 2 Lemon (juice)
1 / 2 Teaspoon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Extra-virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Brandy

Method

In a bowl put to soak for about an hour before the rabbit cut into pieces, in one part of lemon juice and mustard.
