3 Tablespoons Extra-virgin Olive Oil

5 Tablespoons Extra-virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Wine Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic
1 Sprig Rosemary

Method

Prepare the herb vinaigrette: in a bowl mix the vinegar, salt and pepper until the salt will be completely melted, add oil and beat lightly with a fork, then add the clove of garlic, peeled and lightly crushed, chopped parsley and rosemary.
