30 G Butter

1 Sprig Sage

Method
Cut the meat into thin slices instead (you should get eight).And beat them with a pestacarne pareggiatele around, eliminating any cuticles.
Divide the slices of ham and bacon into squares.
In a pan, put a few tablespoons of the butter and oil.
