400 G Of Tomato Sauce

Butter
Rooms
Pepper
1 Celery
1 Carrot
1 Onion
4 Juniper Berries
2 Bay Leaves
1 / 2 Cup Marsala Wine

Method

In a saucepan, place cold celery, carrot, onion, juniper berries, bay leaves, olive oil, butter and meat (rump).
Let brown well, then add salt, pepper, chopped tomatoes.
Stir occasionally and simmer for about three hours.
