5 Cloves Garlic
2 Bay Leaves
Pitted Black Olives
2 Tablespoons Chopped Rosemary
30 G Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Cups White Wine

Method

Cut the duck into pieces and remove the most fat possible.
Chop garlic, bay leaves, olives, and rosemary and fry everything in oil.
