1 Glass White Wine
1 Sprig Rosemary
Some Sage Leaves
300 G Green Olives

Method

Add salt and pepper inside the duck and stuff with a sprig of rosemary and a few leaves of sage.
Heat three tablespoons of olive oil with a piece of butter and fry the duck on all sides, moisten with the wine, let it evaporate, then go in the oven at medium heat for about an hour.
Meanwhile chop the olives, pitted and incorporate the cooking sauce, salt and pepper.
