250 G Lean Beef
5 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
3 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Tablespoons White Wine
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 Onion, Chopped
100 G Bean Sprouts
60 G Mushrooms
2 Carrots
1 Bell Pepper
Olive Oil

Method

In boiling salted water, blanch bean sprouts, until they become transparent (for 3 or 4 minutes).
Drain, dry and cut into small pieces.
Cut the meat into strips and combine with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and white wine to marinate.
Cut the onion and mushrooms into strips, so as carrots and peppers.
Briefly saute the onion and cook all the vegetables.
Add a little more oil and cook the meat.
Add the bean sprouts, the remaining sauce, sesame, pepper, stir and serve.
