1 Bell Pepper
1 Large Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Tablespoon Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder (chili Powder)
2 Teaspoons Cumin
1 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds Crushed
1 / 2 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
1 Can Peeled Tomatoes

Method

Sprinkle the bottom of the pot of oil (high clay) and put the meat to remove the pink.
