400 G Mushrooms
100 G Tomato Paste
1 Carrot
1 Stalk Celery
1 Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Ladle Broth
1 Cup Dry White Wine
5 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Method

Cut the rabbit into pieces, then strips down to the carrot, celery and onion.
Let dry in a pan with 3 tablespoons of the vegetable oil.
