1 Onion
1 Bunch Sage
200 G Black Olives

Method

Cut the rabbit into pieces, place in a pan with oil, vinegar, 1 chopped onion and sage, salt, pepper and olives.
Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 30 minutes, stirring from time to time.
