Method

Marinate the pieces of rabbit in wine with bay leaves, sage, rosemary.
Remove them from the marinade and bake in moderate oven with olive oil and chopped onion coarsely.
Toast the almonds, chop them and add them in lemon juice, capers, raisins, pine nuts and anchovies dissolved.
