30 Sage Leaves
15 Cloves Garlic
2 Cups Olive Oil

Method

Bake for 45 minutes the whole rabbit in 300 cl of salt water.
Once warm, boned and cut the flesh into strips.
At the bottom of a bowl, place a layer of rabbit meat, sage leaves, garlic cloves, salt, pepper and oil.
