100 G Bacon (sliced €‹â€‹100 G)
Rosemary
Sage
White Wine
Broth
Wine Vinegar

Method

Cut the rabbit into pieces, wash it in vinegar and water and wipe dry.
Browning in oil and butter over medium heat.
Season with salt, sprinkle with wine and let it evaporate.
Bake about 1 hour, covered, adding hot broth.
