Ingredients

800 G Pork Ribs
50 G Butter
400 G Peeled Tomatoes
1 Cup Red Wine
800 G Polenta
1 Onion
1 Garlic
Basil
Chili
Rooms
Pepper

Method

In a saucepan heat the butter and brown the chopped onion and a clove of garlic.
When they are golden remove the garlic and add the pork chops.
Pour the wine and let evaporate.
Add the tomatoes, chilli and chopped basil, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat over an hour, or until the meat begins to separate from the bones.
Meanwhile, if the sauce is too dry, add a little 'hot water and wine.
Serve the ribs with soft polenta.
