2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Wine Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic
Parsley

Method

Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, put two tablespoons of olive oil and a vinegar, a clove of garlic, chopped parsley, salt and pepper, let marinate the meat for a couple of hours.
