Ingredients

500 G Coarse Bran
1000 G Beef (or Lamb)
1 Cup Olive Oil
2 Potatoes
20 Cl Tomato Paste
4 Carrots
1 Small Beetroot
2 Artichokes
200 G Chickpeas
2 Onions
200 G Beans

1 Teaspoon Pepper
100 G Butter

Method

Put the oil in the pan to heat to cook the couscous.
Sauté the chopped onions and the meat cut into pieces.
