Ingredients

800 G Beef
500 G White Onions
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
30 G Butter
1 Cup Whipped Cream
1 Cube
Little Salt
Much Pepper

Method

In a saucepan for 10 minutes to dry up the onions thinly.
Add the meat, sprinkle with the crumbled stock cube and a little salt and plenty of pepper.
Cover and cook on low heat for at least 2 hours, turning meat occasionally.
When cooked remove the meat, onions and sieve the sauce, put all in casserole, add the cream and heat for a few minutes.
Cut the meat into slices and serve with the sauce.
