Method

Brown the meat in 3 tablespoons oil, then drain it and keep warm.
Peel and slice the apples, then brown them together with the onion in 1 pan with oil and butter for 4 minutes.
Add the curry powder and 1 tablespoon of flour and, after a few minutes, bay leaf and 20 cl of stock and cook 15 minutes.
Add the browned meat and coconut milk, salt and cook for 1 hour over low heat until the meat tender will ensue.
