400 G Veal Liver, Sliced
30 G Butter
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Lemons
Chopped Parsley
2 Tablespoons Breadcrumbs

Method

Brown the slices of liver with olive oil and butter, then remove from pan.
Combine the lemon juice to the sauce, along with the breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
Mix well and season.
Put back the liver to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
