8 Slices Veal Liver
2 Eggs
100 G Flour
100 G Breadcrumbs
10 Drops Balsamic Vinegar
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
Olive Oil

Method

Beat eggs, season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Dip the slices of liver in flour, then in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs.
Fry briefly in olive oil.
