10 Drops Balsamic Vinegar
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper
Olive Oil

Method
Beat eggs, season with a pinch of salt and pepper.Dip the slices of liver in flour, then in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs.
Fry briefly in olive oil.
